Absolutely blown away by the sandwiches at Sauce Nouvelle! The bread was and warm and fresh, the flavors were fantastic (chicken & apple and holiday sandwich were our picks), and the little side salad was a great surprise. Can not recommend enough when you're in the mood for a hearty, flavorful sandwich.

The owner/ chef is a food genius! My husband was curious about the roto-vap set-up behind the counter and the chef proceeded to explain it is for his flavor experiments...most recently one involving carrots which he let us taste. He clearly understands balancing textures, tastes and flavor combinations. The vegan sunchoke, cauliflower and tofu baguette was absolutely delicious and my husband loved the beef cheddar mango on ciabatta. My favorite food experience on Bainbridge

This place is a gem! The sandwiches are creative and delicious, and very clearly made with a lot of love. Tried the corned beef with corn/mango salsa and the pulled chicken with roasted peach- both were exceptional!

Over everything the owner is excited and curious about food, he is experimenting and refining his flavors. He seams to really care about making good food and for that reason alone I had trust that the food would be great. He was a joy to talk to and the sandwich I ate was delicious!
